Art is a graduate of NCSU and has a Masters degree in Management from Penn State University. He is a licensed broker, e-PRO and holds the GRI certification. Art is a certified ProManage (using Top Producer software to manage your business) instructor and teaches often in his own market center on technology and other real estate topics.

Joe is a graduate of The College of Insurance, part of St John’s University in New York and has a MBA in Finance.

Joe started in the mailroom for a major Insurance Company right out of high school and worked his way to upper management over the years. His college credits were all accrued at night, after working a full-time job, while raising a family, coaching soccer and little league and acting in a local theater company. His career has included positions in the insurance field and over 25 years in information technology. In addition to his technical background, Joe has managed major multi-million dollar projects.

Joe and his wife Jo-Anne love the Raleigh area and all it has to offer and feel that hey have found a home here.

Bob Castner comes to us with over 35 years of experience as a real estate salesperson, broker, and appraiser. Using his acquired skills he has been teaching real estate classes for 28 years. His teaching career started in the Public School System and he has 31 years of service in this field. Currently he is a licensed NC Broker and Appraiser. He is married to his wife Barbara and together they have 4 grand children, two in North Carolina and two in Virginia. This is the main reason that they selected NC as their home.

Travis Everette is a lifelong resident of North Carolina and has lived in the Triangle since 1996. Travis is currently the Broker-In-Charge for Legacy Real Estate Properties, Inc. He attended the University of North Carolina and worked in the Tar Heel athletic department as Director of Baseball Operations until 2003. He has several years of teaching and real estate general brokerage experience. In his general brokerage business, he specializes in residential real estate as well as land and development.

In the classroom, Travis hopes to make each and every topic as fun and informative as is possible by incorporating the theories and principles of North Carolina Real Estate Practice with everyday examples and real world situations. He has worked in several different settings in the real estate industry and aims to bring that experience to his students at Legacy.

In his spare time, Travis loves to follow UNC Athletics (particularly football and baseball), as well as spend time with his family at Lake Gaston.
